Scott Southworth founded Special Engineering Service in 2018, after working in aerospace and structural engineering for several decades. But he first discovered his natural skill for attention to detail as a Mechanic in the U.S Army, where he served for 12 years at the beginning of his career. He went on to earn a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MS in Civil Engineering (Structural Focus) from Texas A&M at Kingsville.
